By placing an order with Operawebdesign, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below: Operawebdesign will carry out work only after confirmation of payment. An 'order' is deemed to be a written contract between Operawebdesign and the client. The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Operawebdesign all materials required to start and complete the site. After we receive the material, the website will be finished and immediately uploaded to your domain name on your server within 5 work days.
Note: All texts, photos, audios, videos, etc. used on your website must be in digital form and uploaded onto our server.
-Website Hosting-
Operawebdesign is not a web hosting company. A web host provides you with your domain name and web space for your web site. For these services, you need to pay the web hosting fees directly to the web hosting company with your credit card. We will be glad to guide you through the payment process.
-Website maintenance-
Website maintenance is not included in the price of a website. You may wish to update your website occasionally with us. All Updates, Upgrades and Extras can be purchased in the Shop.
-Final provisions- Applicable law - Place of Jurisdiction-
If any part of the above provisions should be invalid for violation of mandatory law then all other provisions shall not be touched by this circumstance. Operawebdesign and the customer will then replace the invalid provision by a valid provision that comes closest to the intention of both parties. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Place of jurisdiction for sales, services and for payments shall be Zurich (Switzerland).
